This game involves real-money staking with permanent, on-chain outcomes. By depositing funds you accept
the risk of total loss and agree to everything below. If you do not agree, do not deposit.
1. Eligibility & your responsibility
You must be of legal age (18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to
use paid features.
We do not verify your location. It is solely your responsibility to confirm that
real-money staking/gaming is legal where you live before depositing. We do not knowingly offer paid
play to residents of jurisdictions where this service would be illegal, and reserve the right to
refuse or freeze service to any account we believe is accessing from such a jurisdiction.
You must not be subject to any economic sanctions list, and must not be using funds derived from
illegal activity.
2. Fair play & anti-cheat
Everyone spawns at equal mass. Automated play, injected/modified clients, memory tampering,
multi-accounting, and collusion between accounts are strictly prohibited.
Anti-cheat monitoring runs continuously. An account confirmed cheating will have its entire
stake immediately and permanently seized, with no refund and no appeal. Seized funds
are redistributed to the community prize pool.
We may suspend or terminate any account, and withhold associated balances, on reasonable suspicion
of fraud, abuse, exploit use, or violation of these terms, pending investigation.
3. How staking works (custodial escrow)
Deposits are sent on-chain to a treasury wallet that we control. Your deposit is credited to an internal
balance; when you join a paid lobby, the stake amount is held (escrowed) internally for the duration of
the match. There is currently no smart contract holding funds — escrow and payout logic
run on our server against this internal ledger, and withdrawals are paid out from the same treasury
wallet on-chain.
You can independently verify the treasury holds enough to cover every player's balance, live, at any
time — including the treasury address so you can check it on a block explorer yourself.
These rates may change; the rate in effect at the time of a given cash-out is the rate that applies to
it.
5. Deposits & withdrawals
On-chain transactions are irreversible. Sending funds to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or
in the wrong token may result in permanent loss — we cannot recover misdirected transfers.
Deposits are credited only after reaching the required number of on-chain confirmations.
Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address associated with your authenticated session. We are not
responsible for funds sent correctly to a wallet you no longer control.
We may delay or hold a withdrawal pending anti-fraud/anti-cheat review.
6. Game outcomes are final
Match results are determined by our server's authoritative game state and are final. Payouts already
confirmed on-chain cannot be reversed. We may, at our sole discretion, correct a payout that resulted
from a demonstrable technical error on our end (e.g. a server bug), but we are under no obligation to do
so beyond what applicable law requires.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including uptime, availability, or error-free operation. Blockchain networks, RPC providers, and
third-party infrastructure we rely on are outside our control and may fail, congest, or reorganize.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount
of the specific stake or transaction in dispute.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance
of the updated terms. Material changes to fees will be reflected in section 4 above. Accepting a new
stake after a material change requires re-confirming your agreement.
